Fredericka (Ricka) White Serves as the Executive Director/Clinical Director of Elpida Residential Programs, Inc.

Ms. Fredericka (Ricka) L. White, MSW, LCSW was selected to serve as the Executive Director/Clinical Director of Elpida Residential Programs, Inc. This organization provides supportive independent living environments for adults managing chronic, severe mental health challenges. Ms. Ricka is the first Licensed Clinical Social Work to serve at the helm of this private nonprofit organization since its founding in 1993. 

White also was re-elected to serve as Vice President of the Bay Area Association of Black Social Workers (2024-2026) and appointed to the National Steering Committee of the National Association of Black Social Workers.
